Discover Thailand’s Astronauts Scholarship Program (DTAS) is managed by Zignature Marketing under the supervision of the US Space and Rocket Center (USSRC) as represented in Thailand by Krit Kunplin with a cooperation of the American Embassy.

DTAS has been organized consecutively since 2016. The year 2019 is the 3rd year of this world-class competition. The objective is to strengthen STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) culture in Thailand by focusing on young generation of ages between 13-19 years old to love and pursue STEM as their daily lives. DTAS sends scholarship students to gain cutting-edge knowledge at the Space Learning Center operated by the US Space and Rocket Center, which is also a NASA Visitor Center for NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. Students will be able to learn and experience one of the world’s best science and engineering curriculum similar to NASA’s Astronauts Training School. They will use their logical thinking to solve world’s most difficult missions of overcoming the New Frontier on many fronts from material science, geology, aviation, propulsion system, rocketry, space physics and many more.

The winners of the scholarship will be granted a full scholarship to study and train at the USSRC’s Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama, USA. Besides, the first two winners will also receive a full scholarship to study at any school at the King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang until their graduation of the bachelor degree. All of this scholarship is non-binding.
